I'm Jay. I make street content: unscripted interviews with strangers, filmed in public, built entirely on whatever people actually say back. No script, no second take, no idea what you're getting until someone opens their mouth.

That turned into Jay Joseph Entertainment, a network of channels doing around 60 million views a month between them. Jay Joseph TV is the flagship and has passed 1.2 billion lifetime views on its own. This or That is a rotating host format where a different creator runs each episode.

Somewhere along the way brands started asking how to get inside the content rather than sit next to it. So my business partner Toby Abbott and I built Fresh Feed Social, an agency that puts brands into street content without it ever looking like an ad. We have run campaigns for Domestos, Hasbro, Channel 4, Uber Eats, Wise, Brevo and AFTV, and one of them reached 187 million views.

Filming every week breaks things that spreadsheets cannot hold. I kept losing good moments in bad systems, so I started building software instead of complaining about it. Reclipt searches every word of everything I have ever filmed. Brieft runs an edit from brief to posted. Cuedeck plans a shoot and logs it while you are still out there. I am not an engineer. I am someone who kept hitting the same wall and decided to build a door through it.

The thread through all of it is the same thing. I like what happens when you point a camera at someone who was not expecting it and ask a question worth answering. Everything else, the network, the agency, the software, exists so I can keep doing more of that and lose less of it along the way.
